Our Team.
We are a solid team of 4. Ana, Joel, Matt and Martin. Joel born and raised in Bay of Islands. Ana, Matt and Martin enticed into the Bay of Islands lifestyle.
Joel, Company Director- Upon completing his apprenticeship in heavy industrial in Auckland he decided to move to Queenstown to enjoy the snow life. Based there he was mainly involved in high end residential / architectural builds. Missing the coast and warmth of Bay of Islands he decided to move up with his family and start Sparky Pants Electrical Ltd in 2018.
Matt, Electrician- Matt trained as a qualified electrician in the UK. Working in Hospitals for a few years decided to move to NZ. He recently started with us in mid 2021.
Martin, Electrician- Martin also originally got qualified in Scotland, UK. Starting with us in January 202ven though at times he’s difficult to understand he’s still a great asset to the team.!
Ana, Office- Ana studied Hotel management in Brazil. Upon completion of her qualification in 2006, she was based in Queenstown working as a court interpreter, Duty Manager and acting F&B Manager of Skycity Queenstown. She was convinced to move upto the Bay of Islands and has fell in love with the place since. In control of the office, Ana makes sure everything flows smoothly within the company.
